Reedman Toll Infill Showroom (Subaru)

In 2005, Spearman Associates was contracted to design a new showroom building for Reedman Toll Auto World that would connect their two existing main showroom facilities. Previously the site of a parking lot, the new building has a footprint of just over 19,000 square feet. As one of the largest dealers in the country, Reedman Toll was looking for a building that would accommodate the needs of four separate unrelated auto franchises (Jaguar, Mazda, Subaru and a future franchise) while maintaining the auto mall feel that Reedman Toll customers have come to expect. A series of level changes both separates the different car makes and responds to the existing topography of the site without compromising the openness of the space.
