Reedman Toll Pre-Owned

After purchasing Reedman Toll Auto World in 2004, ownership identified a new pre owned showroom as an immediate need for the dealership as part of their overall redesign of the property. The building was designed to give the dealership a high tech look that had previously been sorely missing.

Designed around the idea that it acts as the east gate to the property the curved metal panel wall on the street front elevation of the Pre-Owned Showroom provides both a opportunity for signage as well as a showcase for the product in the storefront below. The curved wall was then continued through the floors and ceiling as one of the main themes of the buildings interior. On the opposite side of the building, the "glass box" allows managers a full view of the lot while monitoring both entrances and the showroom floor. Other amenities include a kid’s play area, café and bullpen office for the salesmen. Spearman Associates provided both Architectural and Interior Design services for this building
