Automobile Dealers Association Building

Originally designed as a shell office building for Franklin Development the 3311 Office Center had the high profile look that the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia was looking for as their new headquarters building. The buildings main feature is an exterior fire stair that reaches out towards the main intersection of Swede Rd and Township Line Roads in East Norriton. This configuration adapted well to the ADA use of the building with training and meeting rooms at the gallery end of the upper floor and executive offices on the at-grade end of the upper floor. The lower floor is used for training related to the introduction of new automobile models with on-grade entrance for the automobiles
