Mill Run Office Center

Mill Run Office Center was built as a shell office building overlooking the local quarry in Fogelesville, PA. Spearman Associate provided Architectural and Interior Design Service on initial building as well as space planning for all tenant fit-outs. All 62,000 s.f. of Mill Run were completely leased within 18 months. Prominent tenants included McGraw Hill, Mass Mutual & PMA Insurance. The office building overlooks a local quarry.
