Six Whiteland Plaza (Pfizer)

The Six Whiteland Plaza was designed to fit into a very steeply sloping and tight site situation. The parking areas and building are shaped concurrently to give the maximum use of the site while fitting the building into the site in a comfortable way. Parking and drives provide access to the main entrance of the building then continue around the building at a constant grade to second entrance into the second floor of the building. The main entrance is slightly below the first floor elevation and opens up to a three story atrium that was planned with a multi-story waterwall. Pfizer is the sole tenant of the building.
