Located just off of U.S. Route 1 in Langhorne, PA, 1170 Wheeler Way is a rehab of an old office/warehouse building into a new class ‘A’ office building. Spearman Associates provided both Architectural and Interior Design services and improvements included a remodeled exterior, new core and lobby elements and a new pedestrian bridge. Additional space planning work for major tenants was also done by Spearman Associates for K Hovnanian Homes and Insight Pharmaceutical.
