In 2004, when BET Investments purchased the Yarway Building at the heart of Blue Bell they turned to Spearman Associates to help them remodel the existing industrial plant into a class ‘A’ office space. Improvements included new entrances and punched windows around the perimeter of the building, new lobbies and bathroom cores and a new atrium space at the heart of the building to provide natural light to the inside of the massive structure. Spearman Associates provided both Architectural and Interior Design services on the project.
