The renovation of the abandoned Warminster Naval Air Center into a class ‘A’ office space was the first phase of Franklin Development’s Warminster Corporate Center project. As part of the 85,000 square foot renovation, Spearman Associates provided both Architectural and Interior Design services for the new lobby addition and renovated cores of the building. The new lobby main feature is a “floating” second floor that was suspended from the roof. Major building tenants that Spearman Associates provided space planning services for include Brokerage Concepts, Freedom Credit, Inspection One and Odyssey Health.
