In 2003, Automotive Training Centers came to Franklin Development looking to building a new campus facility in Warminster as part of the Franklin Corporate Center. Spearman Associates was responsible for the design of the shell building and initial space planning. The facility includes thirteen classrooms, 22,000 sf shop area, 10,000 collision repair shop and a computer lab.
