Courtney II was built as a high-end flex building with a large amount of glass for office use at the building perimeter. The āUā shape maximizes the exposure of office areas around the perimeter while creating an enclosure and visual screening around the delivery and loading areas. The entrances are recessed behind the free standing steel wall framing to create depth at the entrances and the exposed steel gives an additional level or detail and visual interest to the building elevations.
