Spearman Associates Senior Staff

Gary Lutz (Drexel University) is a senior architect with over 40 years of professional experience in commercial, residential and institutional work. He brings a variety of skills including design, documentation, detailing and rendering. With patience and good communication skills, Gary is a valuable contributor to a project throughout all stages including construction administration and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Kevin Dowell has been with Spearman Associates since graduating from Philadelphia Textile (Philadelphia University) in 1998. Kevin is a registered architect who has proven to be a very capable, purposeful and efficient project architect. In recent years he has been responsible for the management, design and documentation of several automobile dealerships, office buildings, major commercial building renovations, and large scale space planning projects.
